A couple of months ago Wateraid contacted me about an outdoor photography exhibition they were planning together with WWF, Earthwatch and HSBC Water Programme for this summer.
They needed an exhibition specialist, and we started working together. In the last month, we established a media and communication strategy together, and I developed into a Stockholm-based bouncing board. I look forward to see how it will turn out.
About the exhibition (from Kulturfestivalen)
"Water stories" documents our most precious natural resource. Here, American photographer Mustafah Abdulaziz presents images from China, India and Pakistan, in collaboration with the HSBC Water Programme. Mustafah Abdulaziz began documenting the global water crisis in 2011 as part of his long-term personal project, “Water”.
The exhibition is shown along Strandvägen, Stockholm, between 11 – 30 August, 2015.
Launched in 2012 and backed by an investment of US$ 100m over five years, the HSBC Water Programme is a partnership with three NGOs – WWF, WaterAid and Earthwatch. The programme also funds local projects proposed by HSBC employees.
The event is launching in Stockholm in August, and continuing to China, Indien, UK and USA.
