It was a challenging spring, as the pile kept getting bigger, I had to do some culling and kill some darlings. Here are the biggest doors I am closing, followed by some exciting news!
After a fantastic 6 months, I left my office space at Embassy House to work from home for a few months, before deciding where to settle my shop next. Partly to minimise overheads, partly to just make a change. I wish them the best of luck in opening their new place in the city!
Talking about office spaces and co-working places, here is a great piece on how open-plans are not the way forward:
• The open-plan office is a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad idea.
After an amazing 3 years, I left my part-time employment as MA Programme Manager at Hyper Island. I am still, however, collaborating as learning designer, workshop leader, speaker, and course designer.
After a very rewarding 3+ years on the board, I am in the process of leaving Design Sweden. I am very excited about its future with the new board (TBA), and I will forever be an ambassador for design.
Autumn is here, and it's time to open new doors.

Studio Theolin is joining the Group of Humans network. It's not often you come across a group of people you immediately feel connected to as they are really trying to make a difference in a progressive and innovative way. In particular, helping brands build ethics into design. As their first Stockholm-based Creative Human, I am hoping a lot of fun projects with be initiated!
