If experience matters,
let's make it unforgettable

I design experiences that stay with you long after the room empties.

Learning Leader. Experience Designer. Facilitator. Curator. Author.

Whether the context is learning, leadership or art – I help organisations make theirs worth having.

“Jenny braves the difficult questions, has a sixth sense for when to change course, and has curated a toolkit of techniques that intuitively challenge participants to yield the greatest impact.”

Myriam Haydes
Listen to Workshops Work Podcast

A great conference, workshop or programme is a work of design. I make sure it is one.

  • Learning Experience Design

I design programmes, curricula and learning journeys that are felt, not just attended. Drawing on 20+ years of design thinking and L&D practice, I work with organisations and schools to build experiences that create genuine change.

"Jenny is an inspiration to the whole department, contributing to curriculum design and introducing new methods. Bold, driving change with confidence and an open mind.”

    – Patrik Hambraeus, Facilitator & Educationalist, Berghs School of Communication

  • Facilitation & Conference Moderation

I hold rooms — from intimate leadership workshops to 1,400-person keynotes. I create environments where people think better together, known for energy, adaptability, and the ability to make the complex feel alive.

“Jenny created an inclusive environment and was great at keeping the energy high. Quick to adapt, professional in preparation, exceptional on stage. She took initiative that helped us see how to improve the entire conference.”.

Tommy Marshall, CEO, VASS Xperience & STHLM Xperience Conference

  • Curatology for Organisations

A structured, human way to explore the invisible forces shaping your culture. Through Company Biennales, C.U.R.I.O. workshops and culture interventions, I help teams surface what they are already carrying — and choose what to carry forward.

“Jenny facilitates with brilliance, patience and accuracy. That combination converts learnings into insights very effectively”.

Mathias Engstrand, Sports & Entertainment Director, SVT

  • Creative Events & Experiences

I design and produce experiences that blur the line between art, learning and participation – salons, installations, immersive gatherings, branded cultural events. If you want something that has never quite been done before, this is where we start.

“Jenny is quite simply a force of creative nature. If you need innovative thinking applied to events, programme management, facilitation or curation, Jenny comes highly recommended”.

Jason Holland, Creative Director & Founder, THE CRM Agency

Jenny Theolin shakes up creative management in daring new book. Jenny's enthusiasm for facilitation comes across in every aspect of her book. And it's sure to infect the reader with its fun and creative vibes.”

Featured Practice

Every pocket, drawer and company holds a museum.

Curatology is the art and practice of everyday curation – noticing, keeping and sharing what shapes our lives. It begins with a chipped mug, a concert ticket, a ritual repeated in meetings. These are not just things. They are carriers of memory, identity, and experience.

For organisations it surfaces invisible culture. For brands, it reveals the emotional life of your products. For individuals, it is a practice of becoming more intentional about what you carry forward.

Explore Curatology & the C.U.R.I.O method

Working with Studio Theolin was a very reassuring process. All throughout the journey we got advice on what would work and not, as well as new perspectives and best practice. Communication was easy and the teamwork was a joy since the engagement from Studio Theolin was present all the way towards the goal."

“Working with Jenny has been inspirational for both me and my team. During the covid spring of 2020 Jenny facilitated a digital team-building session and a digital sales conference with wonderful energy resulting in unique digital experiences where we were introduced to different useful tools. Jenny as a facilitator has an impressive way of making participants feel safe and deliver at their best.”

“Jenny Theolin make learning design and facilitation look easy. Combining energy and enthusiasm Jenny creates dynamic and safe settings that nurture exploration and support development of team performance, as well as individual growth. Execution and delivery is as important as planning and structure to Jenny – but what make her stand out is the curiosity and heart she brings to the table.”

Antonio Molin, Former MA student / PhD Candidate / Senior Business Developer at The Swedish Social Insurance Agency

“Jenny did a great job on stage moderating the conference, she created an inclusive environment and was great at keeping the energy high. She was also quick to adapt to changes in the schedule, details that needed to be handled during the conference, was really professional in the preparations before the conference, and also could handle our hybrid questions in an awesome way.”
