    A Curiosathon woven into Brodies LLP's Learning at Work Week, exploring the four dimensions of curiosity at work through play, reflection and honest connection. Participants uncovered their individual Curiosity Superpowers and left with specific, personal commitments (following the spark, staying one minute longer, breathing first, asking someone new) to carry back into everyday work.

    Jenny facilitated two structured roundtable discussions at IVA's Entrepreneurship Summit 2026, as part of a ten-person facilitation team. Each table of ten explored questions at the intersection of entrepreneurship and systemic change: talent and risk culture, scaling, ownership and exit, and the role of the state in shaping market conditions.

    A playful learning experience taken to Just Eat Takeaway across three cities: London, Amsterdam and Berlin. Blending magic, psychology and play, each session helped participants discover and practise curiosity in ways that stuck, with the group co-creating rituals to carry back into daily work. Across the three sessions, curiosity levels rose significantly and the experience was rated outstanding by the vast majority of participants.

    1,500+ leaders now have a home for inspiration, development and connection. Designed and launched AFRY's internal Leadership Greenhouse, a digital portal giving leaders across the organisation access to insights, tools and an alumni events calendar, built to grow self-leadership from the inside out.

    The past few years I have spent a lot of working time with Paulig and Foodmark’s various brands. From Group Dynamics sessions, Innovation Workshops to Sales Conferences. Particularly proud of the Foodmark NKOTB Innovation Workshop looking at the future of Sauce, as well as designing two Paulig Quanferences during the pandemic.

  • MA Digital Management at Hyper Island – launching a programme in two countries London, UK and Stockholm, Sweden Β· 2015–2018 πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

    Launched a part-time MA in London. Then launched it in Stockholm. Three years of designing curriculum, sourcing speakers, creating live briefs with real businesses and supporting 40+ international students through 18 months of learning, building a programme that felt like the future of design education.

  • Culture Transformation Programme – changing culture across six countries Global Β· 2021 🌏

    Led and co-facilitated a four-part culture transformation programme for a diverse leadership group responsible for the next evolution of one of the world's largest fashion brands. Participants spanned Italy, Germany, Denmark, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sweden and the UK, designed on the OKR framework to make culture change concrete, not conceptual.

  • Innovation Day at the Nobel Prize Museum – 48 teenagers imagining 2050 Nobel Prize Museum, Stockholm, Sweden Β· 2020 πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ

    48 teenagers. One question: what does 2050 look like, and what is your role in it? Designed and facilitated an Innovation Day at the Nobel Prize Museum, inviting 16 and 17 year olds to reflect on future scenarios, create personal action plans and share their hopes and fears about the future ahead of an innovation project that autumn.

  • Design Sweden – renaming, rebranding and celebrating 60 years Stockholm, Sweden Β· 2016–2017 πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ

    Renamed, rebranded and re-energised a national design organisation. As Vice Chair then Chair, led the initiative to redesign Design Sweden's identity, launch Design Sweden Sessions, create a national Map of Design Sweden and produce the 60th anniversary celebration, an evening of talks by Sweden's leading designers and creatives.

  • Way Out West with Luger – a music festival as an arena for learning Stockholm, Sweden Β· 2020 πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ

    Invited to inspire Way Out West's brand partners, including Innocent, Coca Cola, Red Bull, SJ and TV4, to think about a music festival as a space for genuine learning. A session that reframed what a festival can be when brands stop activating and start designing for experience.

    In a glass cube on top of the world, a team of leads got honest about how they work together. Designed and facilitated a team-building day using LEGO Serious Play, exploring group dynamics and what it actually takes to build an effective team, high above Stockholm.
